FCT Police Debunk Viral Report on Alleged Kidney Sales in Nyanya

The FCT Police Command has dismissed as false a viral social media report claiming that young people in Nyanya are selling their kidneys for money, with an alleged agent in Mararaba involved in purchasing human organs.

Police said they have neither received nor confirmed any report of kidney sales or human organ trafficking in Nyanya or surrounding areas.

The Command urged residents to disregard and avoid sharing unverified reports that could cause fear and panic. However, anyone with credible information about organ trafficking or other security concerns is encouraged to report to the nearest police station.
